Down the shore we ride our bikes everywhere, I very rarely get in my car which is really very nice. My beloved clunker of a bike died and rather than finding a used bike at a garage sale I splurged on a new bike for the first time. Honestly I like used bikes better but since I have a new bike I might as well enjoy it and make it as fancy as can be! And I shouldn’t have to fix the chain or walk the bike home anytime soon.
I got the idea for a monogrammed bike basket from my friend Katie at Star Monograms, she has a great store in Annapolis, MD and is super creative. I saw this out front of her shop one day and fell in love with it.
I did some research and found some other cute ideas.
And here is my version. I had some gorilla glue issues as I forgot my hot glue gun at the shop, but I’m psyched!

I wanted a basic cardigan for my daughter to go with any and all outfits and believe it or not I had a hard time finding one. So I ended up with something not so basic and put a 4 color monogram on it but oh well. It goes with almost all her outfits.
