Veggies and more Veggies!
We are in week 4 of our CSA and we are up to our ears in veggies already. We knew this would happen and the abundance is wonderful. We participated in a CSA a few years ago and it was bountiful for sure.
What is a CSA? It stands for Community Supported Agriculture and we’ve paid up front for a share of the season’s vegetables from the farm. Each week we are informed of the harvest and we enjoy the surprise. The farm is Stoneledge Farm, a 200 acre, certified organic farm located in the foothills of the Northern Catskills, Greene County, New York. If you are lucky to hook up with Stoneledge Farm you will find that they are very well organized and their vegetables are outstanding.
